I was injured in a car accident and the driver was ticketed. I had, what I thought, were normal aches and pains which were steadily increasing. I received an email from the driver’s insurance company stating they paid for my ambulance and emergency room and in addition, they would give me $1300 dollars for me to keep. That did not seem like a lot since both cars ended up totaled and I was feeling so sore. I spoke to family and friends who encouraged me to talk to an lawyer. December 2019 my mother was literally run over by a Ford F150 truck TWICE while walking to her car in a parking lot. Luckily this accident did not kill her, but she had MANY injuries; some of them have left her permanently disabled.
